The practice depends upon reimbursement from the patients for the costs incurred in their care and financial responsibility on the part of each patient must be determined before treatment. However, treatment cannot be determined over the phone. All emergency dental services, or any dental services performed without pervious financial arrangements, must be paid for at the time services are performed. Patients who carry dental insurance understand that Dental Associates of Summerville, LLC accepts most dental insurance plans, but our office is not a participating provider under any of the plans. As a courtesy, we are happy to verify your benefits and file your claims and will estimate (as closely as possible) your portion due at the time of service, however the patient/guarantor is responsible for any amount not covered by his/her insurance. Payment Options: We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Additional financing is available pending approval through Care Credit a third party plan offering easy approval, no down payment, interest free options with low monthly payments.
